Andrew Miller - Managing Director

From a small One Man Band Andrew has built communicate up to be the success that it currently is today! With over 25 years in the industry Andrew leads the team with a wealth of knowledge on all of our products. From Industrial Fire alarm systems to Home Audio solutions Andrew prides himself on staying hands on with all of his customers working between our Projects team and his customer to ensure every project is completed to his high expectations.


Richard Swanborough – Sales Director

With a background of working for one of the World’s Leading leisure travel companies Its Richards job to make sure that from the first point of contact your journey with Communicate is flawless. From designing a bespoke system working in partnership with his customers’ needs to planning the installation with our dedicated projects team its Richards job to see every installation through to the end and ensure his sales team strive for perfection. Specialising in Intruder alarm, Access control and CCTV systems working with Richard is always a pleasure.


Sarah Delapperall – Operations Manager

New to us in 2017 Sarah has joined us with a wealth of knowledge on the management of Engineers and Fitters. Sarah leads our projects team and is responsible for ensuring all of our projects run as smooth as possible. From dealing with our procurement team and ensuring we have the correct equipment at the right time to keeping customers updated on our progress, its Sarah’s main job to ensure projects get completed quickly and effectively keeping the communication channels open with our clients at all times.


Sharon Miller – Administration Assistant

Sharon has been with us from the very beginning. Its Sharon’s job to ensure that we constantly keep up to date with all of the changing standards in our industry. From background checks on all of our staff to ensuring we continue to exceed our governing bodies expectations Sharon’s job is vital to our success.


Glen Alger – Service & Maintenance Manager

Let’s be honest! Sometimes Security & Fire systems go wrong. Its glen job to ensure all of our maintained clients have regular services on their systems to ensure they are always running in a great working order at all times. And in the event we are ever needed for an emergency call out its glens job to ensure his team deal with the matter quickly and effectively! After all its what our clients  pay us for “Peace of Mind”

Although Glen has been part of the team within our sales department for a while now Glen has made the move across to our maintenance and Service department to ensure the department is run as smoothly and cost effectively as possible. Its glens job to ensure that our maintenance engineers are kept busy and most importantly of all our clients receive their expected high levels of great response times in the event a call out engineer is ever required.


Jenny Whyte – Administration Team Leader

Also new to the team this year Jenny has joined us as part of our big push up to the next level! (Or world domination plan as Andrew likes to call it) Jenny will be responsible for arranging all of our engineer’s callouts. From one of our global transportation companies accidently damaging an access control barrier or a storm damaging some alarm equipment on a small domestic house its Jennies job to ensure that all of our customers experience the same high level of customer service and fast response times!


Vicky Kingham - Alarm Administration

Making sure a Police unique Reference Number gets applied to a customer alarm system is probably the most important part of any security company’s administration department. Its Vicky’s job to administer our customer’s specifications and keep key holder information constantly updated.


Pat Robinson – Sales and customer relations

New to the Team this Year Pat has joined us to learn this vast exciting industry. Pat has a wealth of customer service experience to ensure that every customer receives that important personal touch.


Sharon Valentine – Maintenance Administration

Sharon has the pleasure of arranging all of our maintenance appointments and managing the maintenance engineer’s diaries. With maintenances ranging from fire extinguisher services too Refocusing a 67 camera CCTV system It’s important to us that our customers get the service they expect at a time that’s convenient to them.


Jackie Jordan – Internal Accounts Assistant

Jackie wins the award for the longest serving member of office staff! Over the years there’s not an office role that Jackie hasn’t experienced. Currently looking after our invoicing its Jackie’s job to keep in constant communication with our sales department to make sure our customers are receiving their invoices on time.


Alpesh Gohil – Procurement & Database Administrator

Alpesh has joined the team to insure our IT systems are as up to date as the leading security and fire safety systems that we install. Alpesh is responsible for ensuring all of our systems are in place to keep our engineers on the road, from electronic PDA’s for each engineer to the computerised allocation of stock Alpesh is a vital part of the team.
